How do you charge for shipping?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $3.00 per order. Buy as many CDs as
you want and pay this low rate.
How can I ship to more than one address?
If you would like CD's sent to multiple addresses, you must enter
separate orders for each Ship To Address.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged only for Washington residents.
How do I get my free song lyrics sheets?
At the end of the ordering process, you will be directed to a page
where you can download lyrics sheets.
What's your return policy?
Because of the customized nature of our products, all shipped sales
are final. To cancel an order before it shipped, send a email to
help@personalizedtunes.com
immediately and put "Cancel Order" in the subject line. If the order has yet to be shipped, we can cancel it
and issue you a refund.
How long
will it take to get my CD?
Orders are typically processed within 24hrs.
After your order is processed, you should expect to receive your order
within 5-10 business days via USPS First Class shipping. During the
Holiday Season shipping times may be increased significantly, sometimes
even double. Because we rely on the United States Postal Service, we
cannot guarantee shipping times. We also offer Expedited Shipping
services for addition cost. Please see the bottom of the CD order page
to purchase expedited shipping.
